Ich war Data Engineer bei Uber, Miro und CloudKitchens, zuletzt IT-Architekt bei einem Versicherer. Mit Fidelus habe ich selbst ein Unternehmen mitaufgebaut. Mir ist wichtig, dass ich nicht einfach drauflos baue. Welches Tool, was es kostet, ab wann es sich auszahlt: das klären wir zuerst. Manchmal ist die ehrliche Antwort „brauchst du nicht“. Und wenn es Sinn macht, programmiere ich es danach auch selbst. Das Programmieren habe ich noch von Hand gelernt, vor der KI. It matters to me that I don't just start building. Which tool, what it costs, when it pays off: we work that out first. Sometimes the honest answer is “you don't need it”. And if it makes sense, I then build it myself. I learned programming by hand, before AI.

Banktransaktionen und Rechnungs-PDFs aus Gmail werden zu Buchungsvorschlägen. Jede Buchung wird nach dem Schreiben geprüft und bei Abweichung automatisch rückgängig gemacht. Vor dem Start lief das System gegen 17 bereits eingereichte Monate, jede Abweichung wurde erklärt. Before launch the system ran against 17 months that had already been filed, and every deviation was explained. On the first live day: 45 bookings, 0 errors.
Claude greift lesend auf Analytics, Buchhaltung, Kennzahlen und CRM zu. Ein eigener Nur-Lese-Server statt Drittanbieter, Zugriff nur für freigegebene Konten. Die Zahlen stimmen mit Dashboard und Buchhaltung überein.Claude reads from analytics, accounting, KPIs and CRM. Vier parallele Berechnungen desselben Betrags wurden auf einen Eingabewert, einen Hebel und zwei Formelfelder reduziert. Dabei kam eine bis dahin unbemerkte Differenz zwischen Rechnung und CRM-Formel ans Licht. Abgelaufene Links erneuern sich selbst: 332 tote Links wurden ohne einen Schreibzugriff aufs CRM wieder nutzbar.Sign-in via one-time link, e-signature inside the portal, several brands from one codebase. Serverseitiges Tracking auf eigener Domain, Meta- und Reddit-Events nur mit Einwilligung, dreistufige Herkunftszuordnung. Das Audit zeigte, dass Login-Formulare als Leads gezählt wurden. Ein A/B-Test lief ohne Ergebnis aus, und die Auswertung zeigt, warum.Server-side tracking on a first-party domain, Meta and Reddit events only with consent, three-layer source attribution. The audit showed that login forms were being counted as leads. An A/B test ended without a result, and the write-up shows why.

Eine Reaktivierungs-Kampagne brachte 0 Antworten auf 29 E-Mails, und die Öffnungsraten waren wertlos.
